Collection: Nisca Ribbons, Retransfer Film & Laminates
Nisca printers fall into two groups, and each takes its own supplies. The PR5000 series (PR5100, PR5200, PR5300, PR5310, PR5350 and PR53LE) are retransfer printers. The PR-C101 is a direct-to-card printer. The PR-C201 uses its own retransfer film. Check the model on the label at the back of your printer, then use the list below.

Overlaminates and thin film
Laminating models such as the PR5200 and PR5300 can add a patch over the printed card. We carry 0.5 mil and 1.0 mil clear patches, alternating clear and Secure ID holographic rolls, and patches cut out for a contact chip or a magnetic stripe. Thin film overlays (clear, GenuineSecure V2, Generic Secure ID and NiscaPrint400 holographic) add a light protective layer in place of a full patch.
Choose 1.0 mil patches for cards that are swiped, tapped and carried every day. Choose a cut-out patch if your cards have a contact chip or mag stripe that must stay exposed.
FAQ
What is the F panel in YMCFK?
F is a fluorescent (UV) panel. It prints an image that only shows under a UV light, which helps spot fake cards.
Does every Nisca printer laminate?
No. Only models fitted with a laminator take overlaminate patches. Check your model before ordering laminate.
Is NGYMCKO2 the same as NGYMCKO3?
No. NGYMCKO2 is for the PR5100 to PR5310. NGYMCKO3/3BP is for the PR5350 and PR53LE.
Read ID card printer ribbon types to learn what each panel does.
