Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days (where available)
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (availability varies by destination)

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delays & Backorders
If an item is on backorder or experiencing a shipping delay, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline. You may cancel your order for a full refund if the delay is unacceptable.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@emblemaccess.com within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
