Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the specialized nature of our access control products, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@emblemaccess.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right — whether through a replacement, store credit, or another resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, and products that have been opened or used.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery under applicable law. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at hello@emblemaccess.com to initiate a return.
