HID MIFARE credentials are built on NXP's globally adopted MIFARE technology at 13.56MHz. This collection includes MIFARE Classic, MIFARE DESFire EV1, and DESFire EV2/EV3 cards — each offering increasing levels of encryption and security.
MIFARE cards are widely used in transit systems, campus environments, and high-security facilities where AES-128 encryption is required. All HID MIFARE credentials are compatible with HID iCLASS SE readers and multi-technology platforms.
