Before you order
The product photo is for illustration only, and the actual part may differ in look. Check that your printer is a PR53LE; the PR5300 and PR5350 have separate printhead parts. Clean the printer with the Nisca 53 cleaning kit and try a new ribbon first, so you know the head is the true cause. Clean the printer regularly once the new head is in.
