Collection: Zebra Card Printer Ribbons
Zebra card printer ribbons follow a simple rule: the first six digits of the part number tell you the printer family. Match those digits to your printer and you have the right ribbon type. The last three digits tell you the panel layout and yield.

Picking a panel type
YMCKO prints a full color front with black text and a clear overlay. YMCKOK adds a black panel for the back of the card, so it needs a dual-sided printer. Black monochrome ribbons are the cheapest way to print names and barcodes when you do not need a photo. Zebra ribbons carry a chip the printer reads, so the printer knows what is loaded.
FAQ
Do ZC300 ribbons fit a ZXP Series 3?
No. Each Zebra family has its own cartridge and chip. Use the 800300 ribbons for ZC printers and the 800033 ribbons for ZXP Series 3.
What is the difference between 800300-350 and 800300-550?
Both are YMCKO for ZC printers. The -350 yields 200 prints and the -550 yields 300.
Why do I need film with the ZXP Series 8 or 9?
Those are retransfer printers. The ribbon prints onto a clear film, and the film is then fused onto the card.
