Collection: Keyscan C15001 36-Bit Cards & Fobs
Keyscan access control systems use the C15001 format, a 36-bit layout. Cards in C15001 read on HID-type 125 kHz prox readers and report a number your Keyscan software recognizes. Standard 26-bit cards will read, but Keyscan will not accept them unless the system is set up for that format. This page has the C15001 credentials we carry.

How to order the right one
Pull a current card or fob and read the part number. Then find your facility code and the highest card number in use. Keyscan software shows both on the card record. Send us the facility code and a starting number above that, so the new batch does not overlap your existing cards.
Choose the clamshell for durability, the ISO card if you print photo IDs, and the fob for staff who would rather keep a credential on their keys. All three use the same format, so you can mix them on one system.
FAQ
Can I use regular 26-bit HID cards on Keyscan?
Only if your Keyscan system has been set up for 26-bit. Most Keyscan sites run C15001 36-bit. Check a few existing cards in the software before you buy a different format.
Are the Identiv cards made for Keyscan?
They are made to read on the same 125 kHz prox readers and are encoded in C15001. Many Keyscan sites use them alongside Keyscan-branded cards.
What pack size do these come in?
Keyscan-branded cards and fobs come in packs of 50. The Identiv options come in packs of 100.
