Collection: Entrust Datacard Printer Ribbons

Entrust (formerly Datacard) ribbons are grouped by part number, and the first six digits point to the printer family. Many of the color ribbons ship as kits with cleaning supplies included. Match your printer model to the list below, then pick the panel layout you need.

Ribbons by printer

Sigma series (DS2, SL1 and others): 525100-001 YMCKT, 525100-004 YMCKT (500 prints), 525100-005 YMCKT-KT (350) and 525100-016 YMCKL-KT (300).
SD260, SD360, SD460 and SP35, SP55, SP75: 534700-004-R010 YMCKT (500 prints, US only) and 534000-005 KT black with topcoat (1,000).
SD260, SD360, SP25, SP35, SP55 and SP75: 534000-002 YMCKT (250 prints).
SD360, SD460, SP55 and SP75: 534000-006 YMCKTKT (300) and 534000-007 YMCKTK (375).
SD460 and SP75: 534000-008 YMCK, 534000-009 YMCKK and 534000-011 YMCKFKT.
SD260, SD360, SD460 and SP75: 534000-010 KTT monochrome (750).
SP25 and SP25 Plus: 534000-112 YMCK (125 prints).
Monochrome colors (SD and SP series, many also CD810): 532000 series in black HQ, dark blue, red, green, white, gold, silver, metallic gold, metallic silver and scratch-off, 1,500 prints each.

Reading the panel letters

Y, M and C print color. K is black resin for text and barcodes. T is a clear topcoat that protects the card; Entrust uses T where other brands use O. A second K or T is for the back of the card, so YMCKTKT needs a dual-sided printer. F is a fluorescent panel that shows under UV light.

Do SD-series ribbons fit my SP printer?

Many 534000 ribbons list both SD and SP models, but not all. Check that your exact model appears on the product page.

What does US only mean on the 534700-004?

The listing is marked for USA only. If your printer was bought outside the United States, contact us before you order so we can confirm the right version.
