Before you order

This assembly is for the PR-C101 only; the PR5300 series and PR5350 have their own heads. Before you replace it, run the PR-C101 cleaning cards and try a fresh ribbon. If a thin line appears in the same place on every card after cleaning, the printhead is the likely culprit. Keep the new head clean with regular cleaning cards to get the longest life from it.
