Before you order

Lines or white streaks that stay after a full cleaning usually mean a damaged printhead. Run a cleaning card and try a new ribbon first to rule out simpler causes. When you install the new head, follow the Fargo guide and keep fingers off the heating elements. Regular cleaning and using genuine ribbons will help the new printhead last longer.
